ABOUT OUTFITTER:
This HFA-endorsed outfitter operates a small, well-managed operation in central Wyoming. They intentionally keep their camp size limited to ensure a personalized experience and consistently high success rates. With only a few hunters in camp at a time, they focus on quality over quantity—working hard to provide every guest with the best possible hunting experience.
HUNT DETAILS:
This Area 7 elk hunt offers access to a combination of private land and remote, hard-to-reach public land. Hunters will hike or ride horseback from camp each day to the various properties they’ll hunt.
You can expect to see large numbers of elk throughout the hunt, whether pursuing them during the archery or rifle seasons. Most bulls harvested from this camp are mature six-point bulls, averaging 310"–330", with the occasional 350"+ trophy taken each year.
The archery season in this camp is exceptional, with nearly every hunter enjoying a shot opportunity. Thanks to strong management and consistent elk populations, hunters can expect high success on this hunt.
The guides are experienced archers and excellent callers who work tirelessly to get hunters in front of quality bulls, ensuring a top-tier elk hunting experience
ACCOMMODATIONS:
Hunters will stay at a comfortable ranch featuring a remodeled bunkhouse cabin and enjoy home cooked meals.
LICENSE INFORMATION:
Licenses for all seasons and hunts in Wyoming are allocated through the state draw. Each unit and season require different numbers of preference points to draw a license. Huntin' Fool License Application Service will help you apply at the time of application.
