Wyoming Late Season Area 110 Lodge Based Mule Deer Hunt

This HFA Endorsed Outfitter is a native of Wyoming who has a passion for hunting big game. He began hunting 25 years ago in Lander, Wyoming. He got his first experience with guiding by taking friends and family hunting. He quickly learned that he has a passion for sharing his hunting knowledge. In 2017 he began providing professional guide services for local Outfitters in Cody, WY until 2021 when he formed his own outfitting business.

These late season hunts near Cody, Wyoming is habitat to rocky mountain Mule Deer. This is not tree stand hunt, this is a traditional spot and stock style hunt. The hunt will be a mixture of horseback and hiking, these mule deer hunts can be very demanding and good physical condition will be in your best interest if you want to harvest an older mature mule deer buck. These deer are moving out of the high country so you will spend a lot of time glassing major migration trails. This is a great hunt for 160-170 type bucks with potential for 180+.

Hunts consists of a 5-day lodge style, wilderness horseback hunt with hunter to guide ratio of 1:1. Season is open November 1-20 scheduling is flexible.
