HUNT DETAILS:
Fall mountain goat hunts run from August to October and are true backpack spike camp hunts in the heart of prime goat country. Hunters are flown into remote alpine lakes, then trek deep into rugged terrain, setting up spike camps high in the mountains. Expect long days of glassing, steep climbs, and navigating rocky, unforgiving terrain. Physical endurance and mental toughness are key to success.

This concession holds the largest mountain goats in British Columbia, with record-class billies roaming the cliffs. With BC’s highest goat densities, this hunt is the ultimate challenge, offering a raw, rewarding experience in extreme mountain wilderness.

ACCOMODATIONS:
Hunters stay in outfitter-provided single-person spike camps, set up in prime mountain goat country. Accommodations are minimal, with lightweight tents and essential backcountry gear. Meals consist of high-quality dehydrated food, providing necessary fuel for the demanding hunt. Expect a rugged, immersive experience, living deep in the remote, extreme mountain wilderness.
