Description
This adventure is located in the north central plains of Texas near the town of Abilene the end of the Chisolm Trail. This outfitter has access to thousands of acres of private land that offer an abundance mourning doves. The outfitter are brothers that have over 40 years of combined hunting experience and live hunting 365 days a year.
LODGING
The lodge is located in Bradshaw, Texas, 30 minutes south of Abilene and is a barndominium style lodge with one big room downstairs and a large upstairs loft. It has one full bath and is located on one of the ranches that the outfitter runs hog hunts and duck hunts on. There is a fire pit available and just a short walk out the back door, are two water holes stocked with trophy sized large mouth bass. Hunters are welcome to catch and release between hunts.
MEALS
Meals can be included upon request for additional fee or clients have access to a variety of food and restaurants nearby.
GETTING THERE
Hunters traveling by air should fly in through Abilene Regional Airport and rent a vehicle for the duration of their stay. Ground transportation can be provided at an additional cost, with advance notice.
Guests should provide their own firearm, but have the option to rent shotguns Hunters are responsible for their own ammunition.
All hunters must be licensed in the state of Texas and out of state guests are required to purchase a temporary Texas hunting license.
