Description

This is a Kansas trophy whitetail hunting opportunity with an outfitter that we've worked with for a very long time. The outfitter has parcels that range from 40 to 1200+ acres on numerous properties. Hunters will have each parcel to themselves. In the off-season, the outfitter will setup trail cameras and food plots to give clients a great whitetail experience. They strive to shoot bucks at 150"+ and typically encourage clients to hold back and look for true "next-level" trophies.

This outfitter has been in the business a long time and operates in multiple states across the Western and Mid-Western United States. This specific hunt is located in the great state of Kansas, and covers draw units 5 and 17. This operation consists of 5,000 acres of prime whitetail habitat, which is a conglomeration of all of the essential elements needed to produce awesome whitetail hunting opportunities. The trail camera pictures are proof in themselves.

The outfitter's private farms consist of agriculture, cedar pockets, timbered areas, fields, ponds, and creeks... all of which produces a variety of foods, habitat, and overall environment to produce a healthy and above average deer hunting paradise. During the summer months, agricultural crops make up 50% to 60% of the whitetail deer diet, thus producing what the deer need for above average antler growth. All of the properties combined also produces what is needed during all seasons of the year to maintain healthy and consistent deer. Not to leave out water.

2023 will be the first year hunting these properties, and these locations have never been hunted by an outfitter operation to date. As you can see in the trail cam pictures from the current year, the quality of deer on these properties is there. All of the properties have begun feeding and supplement programs in 2022, and a true inventory of what's on the properties will be determined. There will be camera's strategically placed on each property, and they will be operable all year long. The outfitter will be strategically placing ladder stands, ground box blinds, standard ground blinds, feeders, and water troughs throughout all of the properties.
