With years of experience in the region and a deep understanding of local moose behavior and habitat, their team is committed to helping clients locate and harvest mature bulls.

HUNT DETAILS:
These hunts take place in rugged, forested terrain with limited hunting pressure and solid moose populations. Whether you're looking for a more accessible hunt or ready for a challenging adventure deep in the backcountry, this outfitter tailors the experience to your goals and abilities. From start to finish, you’ll experience excellent hospitality, local expertise, and a true once-in-a-lifetime Shiras moose hunt.

This HFA Endorsed Outfitter provides a comfortable and welcoming lodge experience, perfect for hunters looking for both convenience and quality. The lodge features private rooms with two beds (no bunk beds), a fully stocked kitchen, a full bathroom with washer and dryer, and home-cooked meals served daily. All transportation to and from the hunting grounds is included, so you can focus entirely on the hunt.

LICENSE INFORMATION:
Obtaining a moose tag in Washington requires applying through the state’s special permit draw system, as all Shiras moose hunts are by limited-entry permit only. These tags are once-in-a-lifetime opportunities and are highly coveted due to Washington’s healthy moose populations and limited number of permits issued each year. The application period typically opens in late April and closes by the end of May. Huntin’ Fool can assist you throughout the process—helping you select the right hunt units, ensuring your application is submitted correctly, and advising you on how to maximize your chances of drawing one of these rare and rewarding tags.
