This is a rare opportunity to hunt trophy bulls during the rut with any weapon in one of Utah's premier elk units on private land. This CWMU is located in valley floor between the Plateau Boulder and Mt. Dutton units and is made up of roughly 8,500 acres. The majority of the CWMU is agricultural hay fields and wet meadows. You will be hunting Elk in the ag fields as they transition from the ag fields to juniper trees in the morning and evening. With only two tags available, hunters can expect to target bulls in the 340-370 range during this hunt.
