ABOUT OUTFITTER:
Known for their multi-generational success, this HFA Endorsed Outfitter has been delivering high-success hunts in the heart of New Mexico for over 30 years. Their team of guides is aggressive, confident, and deeply committed to providing each hunter with the experience of a lifetime.

Composed of first- and second-generation outfitters, the guides possess a true passion for hunting—many were quite literally born into the lifestyle. Their reputation is built on consistent results, hunter satisfaction, and, above all, honesty.

This outfitter is dedicated to helping every hunter succeed and takes pride in producing results under any conditions.

HUNT DETAILS:
This outfitter offers premier Coues Deer hunts in the remote mountains of Western New Mexico, where steep, rugged terrain hides some of the Southwest’s most elusive trophies. Known as the "Grey Ghost," Coues deer are small-bodied, sharp-eyed, and incredibly challenging to hunt—making a mature buck a true prize. With over 30 years of experience in this region, the outfitter’s guides rely on expert glassing and spot-and-stalk tactics to locate trophy-class bucks. Success rates are consistently strong, and hunters can expect opportunities at mature Coues scoring 90 to 110+ inches. This is a high-level adventure for the dedicated deer hunter.

ACCOMMODATIONS:
The outfitter provides a truly complete hunting experience. Comfortable, convenient, and welcoming accommodations allow hunters to focus on what matters most—enjoying the beauty of New Mexico and pursuing a trophy animal, all while creating lasting memories.

Lodging varies depending on the type and duration of the hunt, with accommodations ranging from fully equipped lodges to well-appointed wall tents. All lodging options include meals, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

LICENSE INFORMATION:
New Mexico's big game draw operates on a random selection basis without preference or bonus points. Applications are randomly assigned sequence numbers, and licenses are allocated based on these numbers, with a minimum of 84% of licenses awarded to residents, 10% to non-residents applying with an outfitter, and 6% to non-residents applying without an outfitter. Huntin’ Fool’s License Application team will help you apply at the time of application.
