This outfitter offers a fully guided experience, ensuring hunters encounter healthy, big-bodied deer and have an excellent chance at harvesting a mature buck. Their mission is to provide an unforgettable hunt with expert guidance, prime hunting locations, and top-tier service. Whether you’re a seasoned hunter or new to the sport, this outfitter delivers an exceptional whitetail hunting adventure.
HUNT DETAILS:
This outfitter hunts on over 15,000 exclusive acres across 60+ farms, featuring 300+ preset ladder and hang-on stands and 60+ elevated hunting blinds strategically placed over food plots. To enhance their habitat management, they recently invested in a 110 HP New Holland tractor with a No-Till Drill, elevating their food plot strategy. They stay at the forefront of seed, mineral, and food plot innovations to maximize deer attraction. For the 2025 season, they will plant over 100 acres of annual and perennial plots while leaving 80+ acres of standing crops to support a thriving deer population. With 150+ cellular cameras tracking deer activity daily, they adjust their strategy to optimize hunting success. Located in some of Iowa’s top whitetail zones, they target bucks in the 140-170+ range and enforce a strict 140-inch minimum. No other outfitter goes to these extremes to provide an unparalleled hunting experience.
ACCOMMODATIONS:
Their lodge is ideally located in the heart of Zone 6, just minutes from some of the best hunting grounds in Zone 5. Designed for comfort and convenience, the lodge features a 40-yard indoor 3D range, a rustic private bar, an ozone-activated locker room, a spacious lounge area, and a dining hall. Accommodations include six well-appointed rooms, each with a flat-screen TV, cozy beds, and private bathrooms, ensuring a relaxing stay. Beyond world-class whitetail hunting, the lodge offers a first-class experience, combining top-tier amenities with a welcoming, rustic atmosphere for an unforgettable hunting trip.
LICENSE INFORMATION:
In Iowa, all non-resident deer tags are distributed through a lottery system. The application period runs from the first Saturday in May to the first Sunday in June each year. During this time, hunters can apply for a tag or purchase preference points if they choose not to enter the drawing. Preference points increase the chances of drawing a tag in future seasons, making them a valuable option for those planning ahead. Firearm season will take 1-3 points to draw where archery seasons are taking 4-6 points. Huntin' Fool License Application Service will help you apply at the time of application.
