ABOUT OUTFITTER:
This outfitter offers some of the best bird hunting in Kansas and their preserves have been developed to provide a habitat that allows the Ring-necked pheasant & Bobwhite quail to thrive in. This outfitter has been in business since 2008, and with over 90 years of combined Kansas hunting experience, their team possesses extensive knowledge and expertise. The outfitter’s family has resided in the area for over a century, with some of the hunting properties remaining in the family for more than 120 years. This outfitter in Kansas offers premier pheasant and quail hunts on agricultural and cattle ranch lands. To ensure sustainable hunting and maintain the quality of populations, the outfitter provides a limited number of hunts each year. Hunters are accommodated in a restored 1900s farmhouse located on a working farm and cattle ranch, offering an authentic hunting experience.
HUNT DETAILS:
Whether it be thick cover such as Sandhill plum bushes, cedar trees, or CRP grass, they have everything that is essential for these birds to thrive in including water resources nearby, too. They offer a 3 day hunt with 4 nights of lodging included at their family farm. This is a true Kansas upland bird hunt whether you are hunting for quail, pheasants, or anything else!
They usually try to eat one home cooked meal in the evening at the farm. Lunch is usually sandwiches or left overs. For breakfast, you just have to let them know what you like to do & they will do it. The camp sizes are small & usually only run a maximum of four bird hunters at once.
ACCOMMODATIONS:
All hunters are lodged privately for their turkey hunt on their working farm, and cattle ranch. It is a 1900's farm house that has been in the family for many generations. This is the ideal place to brag about your hunt with the guests. All hunters are treated to one home cooked meal in the evening. It is a quiet, clean, and a comfortable place to rest.
LICENSE INFORMATION:
Licenses are purchased over the counter and the outfitter will assist.
