Their guides all call New Mexico home and will do their best to make your hunt a success. As a family owned and operated business they encourage youth hunters to come and develop their hunting skills with them. They offer a wide variety of hunts and hiking/camping trips. If you have the desire to go on a hunt in New Mexico, or just a two day hiking trip in the Lincoln National Forest, please contact us and we will coordinate with this outfitter to make your dream adventure a reality.
They offer public and private land elk hunts mostly in Lincoln National Forest, which is located in south central New Mexico. The terrain they hunt elk in can be rough and challenging at elevations ranging from 6,000 to over 10,500 feet. Most archery and muzzle loader elk hunts will be during the rut and they will generally be calling elk in to close range. Rifle hunts are a little later in the year and involve more spot and stock situations. If you want an elk hunt based out of a house or cabin in town, or a packed in camp in the wilderness, this outfitter can provide what you are looking for.
All Hunts include meals and lodging, transportation during your hunt, field care of your animal, and a guide for the number of days specified for the hunt. Hunters are responsible for their own transportation to and from camp location, state license, habitat stamps, big game tag, taxidermy, meat processing, shipping of game, and New Mexico gross receipts tax. Hunters are responsible for purchasing their hunting license, habitat stamps, and big game tags through the New Mexico Game and Fish. All youth and active or retired military hunters will receive a 10% discount!
