HUNT DETAILS:
This outfitter offers a premier Stone sheep hunting experience in the rugged Stikine River region of British Columbia. Covering over 8,000 square miles of prime big game habitat, the area is known for producing high-quality rams. Past clients have enjoyed exceptional success, harvesting rams in the 35-39" class. To maintain the quality of the hunt, the outfitter limits participation to just three sheep hunters per year, ensuring a personalized and exclusive experience.

Hunts are conducted using a combination of horseback riding, hiking, and backpacking, with spot-and-stalk as the primary method. The terrain can be challenging, and hunters in good physical condition will significantly improve their chances of harvesting a top-quality ram.

The outfitter operates under an annual quota of three rams. Most of the sheep in this region are dark-colored, and while the average size ranges between 35" and 39", rams exceeding 40" have been successfully taken in previous years. Some hunting areas are accessible by horseback, but reaching the best sheep country requires additional hiking and backpacking.

This outfitter provides an exceptional opportunity for dedicated hunters seeking an adventurous and rewarding Stone sheep hunt in some of the most breathtaking and remote wilderness British Columbia has to offer.

ACCOMMODATIONS:
This is a challenging backpack hunt requiring physical endurance and mental toughness. Hunters should be prepared for rugged terrain, long hikes, and overnight stays in mountain tents. Accommodations will be minimal, but they will provide ample high-energy meals to keep you fueled for the hunt.
