ABOUT OUTFITTER:
This HFA Endorsed Texas outfitter has been specializing in free-range whitetail deer hunts since 2008. Backed by over 90 years of combined hunting experience, their team brings deep-rooted knowledge, tradition, and passion to every guided hunt. Their expertise runs generations deep in the region, and today they offer premier trophy whitetail deer hunting on a carefully managed ranch located in the heart of North Central Texas — one of the country’s top-producing areas for mature whitetail bucks. All hunts are conducted fair chase on free-range ranch lands, ensuring a true and rewarding hunting experience.

HUNT DETAILS:
This is a true, authentic North Central Texas whitetail hunting experience — offering excellent trophy potential, a relaxed hunting environment, and the flexibility to tailor the hunt to the individual. A combination of tradition, management, and world-class deer hunting makes this opportunity one of the best in the region. Thanks to strong deer numbers, abundant bedding areas, and a carefully managed environment, this outfitter provides hunters an excellent chance at a mature Texas whitetail buck. While no hunt can ever guarantee success, hunters enjoy high opportunity rates and a true Texas experience that keeps them returning year after year.

The outfitter operates exclusively on over 6,000 acres of private land, featuring an array of Millennium stands, tower blinds, and ground blinds positioned over paneled feeders designed to exclude hogs and optimize deer traffic. Strictly limiting the number of hunters to approximately 10-15 bucks harvested annually, this operation maintains a low-pressure environment that promotes both exceptional trophy opportunities and sustainable herd management. Each hunt spans five full days, with six nights of lodging to be expected. Hunters can expect to pursue free-range bucks averaging between 130" and 150"+, with larger trophies harvested annually. Hunts take place in November and December, perfectly timed to align with the peak of the rut in mid to late November. Additional hunting days can be arranged upon request to maximize success and enjoyment.

Each day plan on heading to the stands about an hour before first light, take a break for lunch, and return for afternoon hunts. Most hunters self-navigate to their stands after an initial tour of stand locations, but assistance is readily available for those who prefer more support. Hunters can typically expect to see between 10 and 50 deer per day, including 5 to 10+ bucks, with 2 to 5+ bucks over 120” seen daily. Other wildlife such as turkeys, hogs, coyotes, and quail are often spotted, adding even more excitement to the experience. The November rut in Texas brings mature bucks out of hiding, offering some of the best opportunities of the year. December rifle hunts are highly productive, as bucks continue to search for unbred does and respond well to calls and rattling tactics.

This package includes one trophy buck, one doe, and unlimited hogs and predators. Management/cull bucks may be an option for a trophy fee, but must be approved by the outfitter on a case by case basis. Trail camera photos's will typically be the main source to determine management/cull-buck status and availability.

Most hunters choose to quarter their deer and transport it home in coolers. Several meat lockers are also located near the ranches, or those who prefer professional processing. Hunters are responsible for the care and transport of their trophies, though the outfitter is happy to offer recommendations for taxidermy and shipping services nearby that are proven.

ACCOMMODATIONS:
While lodging in nearby ranch houses or VRBOs is arranged by the outfitter, meals and lodging are not included unless requested and agreed upon prior to the hunt. There are ample restaurant options and grocery stores within a half-hour drive of all accommodations.

LICENSE INFORMATION:
