ABOUT OUTFITTER:
This HFA Endorsed premier mule deer Outfitter has built a sterling reputation for consistently producing upper echelon trophy bucks year in and year out. Specializing in both guided and fully outfitted hunts, they operate in some of the most coveted units in the state, where genetics, habitat, and expert management collide to produce true giants. With a seasoned team of passionate guides who live and breathe mule deer hunting, every detail—from preseason scouting to glassing strategies and stalk execution—is fine-tuned for success. Their deep knowledge of buck behavior, migration patterns, and terrain ensures clients are always in the right place at the right time. The outfitter’s commitment to ethical, fair-chase hunting and a limited number of hunters per season allows bucks to mature, keeping quality consistently high. For serious hunters chasing heavy, wide-framed Nevada muleys with long tines and character, this operation stands as one of the elite in the West.

HUNT DETAILS:
What sets this operation apart is their deep-rooted commitment to year-round scouting and the refined art of spot-and-stalk hunting. Long before the season opens, the team is in the field—glassing high basins, documenting buck growth, tracking migration patterns, and identifying age class and antler potential. Trail cameras and boots-on-the-ground glassing work in tandem to build a comprehensive inventory of mature bucks in each unit. By the time hunters arrive, the guides already have multiple target bucks patterned and located, greatly increasing the chances of success.

Once the hunt begins, the focus shifts to traditional, spot-and-stalk methods. Guides and hunters glass from high vantage points at first light, scanning miles of terrain with high-end optics until a shooter buck is located. Then, the real work begins—executing calculated, stealthy stalks across canyons, sage flats, or rocky ridgelines, often crawling or using natural cover to close the distance. The team’s intimate knowledge of the landscape, wind currents, and deer behavior allows them to consistently put hunters within range of world-class muleys, often in challenging conditions.

With limited hunters each year, exceptional guides, and a relentless scouting program, this Nevada mule deer operation remains one of the most respected and results-driven outfits in the West.

ACCOMMODATIONS:
Accommodations for these hunts primarily consist of hotels, motels, and well-equipped camp trailers, offering a comfortable place to rest and recharge after long days in the field. These options provide hunters with convenient access to nearby hunting areas while still ensuring a warm bed, hot shower, and the basic comforts needed to prepare for the next day's adventure. Whether you're staying in a roadside motel or a cozy trailer set up near camp, you'll have a clean, dry, and restful space to unwind each night.

LICENSE INFORMATION:
Nevada offers two primary avenues for non-residents to apply for mule deer tags. General Non-Resident Draw that typically runs from March 25 to May 8 each year. You must submit your application online.

There is also a Non-Resident Guided Draw. These are usually higher success rates compared to the general draw. It usually opens in mid-February and closes in mid-March. You have to use a licensed Nevada outfitter to discuss hunt options and obtain their Master Guide License Number and PIN.

Our license application division can do all of this for you. Please contact us for more details if you're interested.

There are also landowner tags that can be purchased and bypass the draw. For more information, please contact our office.
