ABOUT OUTFITTER:
This HFA-endorsed outfitter invites you to embark on an unforgettable Montana hunting adventure. Experience guided, fair-chase hunts for elk, mule deer, moose, bighorn sheep, and mountain goat. Rifle and archery hunts are also available for cougar, moose, bighorn sheep, mountain goat, and bison. Offering some of the finest elk hunting in Montana, they operate in breathtaking Big Sky Country. Their well-trained, mountain-savvy horses ensure a smooth backcountry experience. Each hunter is accompanied by a professional guide who is skilled in first aid, horsemanship, and the habits of local wildlife. Camps are set in stunning, remote backcountry locations, accessible only by foot or horseback.

HUNT DETAILS:
This outfitter operates from three distinct camp locations across central Montana, offering a true backcountry hunting experience. Each hunt lasts five days, with an additional day for the ride in and another for the ride out. Given the rugged terrain and the demanding nature of the hunt—from dawn until dusk—hunters are encouraged to be in the best physical condition possible. Camps are set in breathtaking, remote landscapes, accessible only by foot or horseback. While elk are the primary focus in most camps, hunters may also have the opportunity to harvest a deer if the chance arises. Hunters can expect to hunt bulls in the 260-300+ range during the archery and rifle season.

Archery:
They have some of the best Montana guided big game hunts you can find. Montana offers a long season for archery enthusiasts. Depending on the time of year and camp location, they will target bulls by calling, spot and stalk or sitting wallows. Their guides are experienced archery hunters and can do an excellent job of getting you on the elk. The archery season is the only season in southwest Montana where you will have the opportunity to see and hear bull elk "bugle" in the wild. The rut will typically be over by the time rifle season opens.

Rifle:
When it comes to Montana guided big game hunts, their general hunting season runs for five (5) weeks, opening on either the third or fourth Sunday of October and closing on the Sunday following Thanksgiving. Guides focus on lots of glassing during these hunts as well as tracking down bulls after a fresh snow passes.

ACCOMMODATIONS:
In camp, guests are provided with heated sleeping tents, cots, and foam mattresses for a comfortable stay. Meals are served family-style, prepared with care, and plentiful enough to satisfy even the heartiest appetites. The cooks take great pride in delivering delicious, wholesome food. Camps are well-equipped with ample tents and space to ensure privacy. Women hunters and guests can enjoy a welcoming and comfortable environment, making for an exceptional backcountry hunting experience.
