ABOUT OUTFITTER:
This HFA Endorsed Outfitter is committed to excellence in the hunting industry, delivering exceptional guide services and top-tier customer care. They proudly represent their valued landowners and follow sound wildlife management principles to ensure the harvest of mature, trophy-class animals.
HUNT DETAILS:
This ranch supports a bison herd of approximately 2,300 adult animals. The bison are minimally handled and are as close to wild bison as they can be. They hunt the months of late June through August, which is the pre-rut and rut period. This is an incredible opportunity to witness a vast herd of bison in their natural habitat during the breeding season.
Beards and hair are the longest during this time period and make incredible shoulder mounts. Mature bulls will weigh up to 2,500 lbs. yielding 700+ lbs. of meat.
ACCOMMODATIONS:
Each hunt includes the opportunity to harvest a trophy bull, along with in-field transportation, lunch, and professional field dressing. The team will handle delivery of the bison to a local meat processor and transport the head to a local taxidermist. Hunters keep the head, hide, and meat, with most trophies scoring between 65 and 75 SCI points. The evening before the hunt, guests enjoy a guided ranch tour, time to sight in rifles, and the chance to locate and observe the bison herd in preparation for the next day's hunt.
