The search for a turnkey, high-quality hunting property ends here. This outfitter proudly represents genetically superior, expertly designed Western Kentucky hunting opportunities, custom-crafted to meet the highest standards of whitetail habitat management and fair chase hunting. This outfitter was born and raised in Western Kentucky, where his passion for hunting and wildlife management began at an early age. His journey as a hunter began in 1981 at the age of eleven, when he embarked on his first bow hunt. Since then, he has spent decades hunting, observing, studying, and managing whitetails, continuously refining his knowledge and approach to sustainable wildlife conservation. Their properties have been strategically developed, restored, and enhanced, ensuring that the land is sustainably managed rather than exploited—delivering trophy-class whitetails for generations to come.
HUNT DETAILS:
As a fair chase outfitter, the guiding principles remain firm—always have been, always will be. Guests can expect an experience built on integrity, hard work, and the highest level of respect for both the hunter and the resource.
Every aspect of the operation is built on meticulous preparation, strategic planning, and deep respect for the land and the wildlife. This commitment includes: Soil sampling and customized fertilizer blends for optimal habitat growth, High-quality seed selection for food plots tailored to sustain healthy deer populations, Managed cutovers and habitat improvements to enhance bedding and feeding areas, Unharvested crops for supplemental feed, ensuring a year-round nutritional advantage. Each property is seeded with Whitetail Institute seed blends, has Millennium trees-tands in place, with Hunter Safety System lines attached, and Deer30 mineral sites established!
