Description
ABOUT OUTFITTER:
This HFA Endorsed Outfitter was founded by a seasoned hunter who grew up pursuing trophy big game in the stunning landscapes of Ruidoso, New Mexico. With a deep-rooted passion for elk and mule deer hunting, years of experience led to a professional guiding career, and ultimately, the launch of this outfitting business four years ago.
Honesty and integrity are at the core of this operation. Every hunter receives realistic expectations—not every unit produces 400” bulls, and 30-inch mule deer are rare. With extensive knowledge of New Mexico’s diverse terrain and wildlife, this outfitter ensures clients make informed decisions and never waste their time or money on empty promises.
Offering fair-chase, fully guided hunts, this outfitter operates statewide in New Mexico, pursuing elk, mule deer, antelope (pronghorn), oryx, ibex, and aoudad. In addition to New Mexico hunts, the outfitter also has exclusive access to premier Texas ranches, providing outstanding aoudad and exotic plains-game hunting. Hunters can expect expert guidance, prime hunting locations, and an unforgettable experience in pursuit of their trophy.
HUNT DETAILS:
This outfitter offers exceptional pronghorn antelope hunts in New Mexico, providing hunters with opportunities for rifle hunts on both public and private land. For private land hunts, written landowner permission is required.
New Mexico Antelope Hunt Options
Archery Hunts: These 3-day hunts take place from mid-August through the end of the month. A special mobility-impaired archery hunt runs for 3 days in mid-August, typically beginning on the 15th. Hunters work closely with the outfitter to select the best dates for their hunt.
Muzzleloader Hunts: These 3-day hunts occur throughout September, with exact dates depending on the unit drawn.
Rifle Hunts: Running from September to October, rifle hunts are 3 consecutive days within the season for the assigned unit. For example, in Unit 33, rifle season typically falls between October 6-24, allowing the outfitter to strategically plan hunt dates based on weather and moon phases to optimize success.
With high success rates, prime hunting locations, and expert guidance, this outfitter provides an incredible opportunity to harvest a trophy pronghorn in the heart of New Mexico.
These are physically easy hunts as you drive around in an ATV or pickup and then spot and stalk once a group is located.
ACCOMMODATIONS:
Where hunters stay during a hunt with this outfitter depends on the unit and species they are pursuing. Some hunts are close enough to town to stay in a comfortable motel, while more remote locations require camping in a 41' fifth-wheel toy hauler for added convenience and comfort.
This outfitter does not use tent camps—hunters can always expect a warm bed and quality meals after a long day in the field. In certain areas, private cabins are available, and select ranches even feature luxurious 5-star lodges that make for an unforgettable stay.
LICENSE INFORMATION:
Hunters can secure a tag through the state draw or purchase a landowner tag. Those who apply through this outfitter’s contracted draw program have better odds of success. When drawing a tag through the New Mexico Department of Game and Fish, the state assigns a private ranch where the hunt will take place, often including access to nearby public lands. Beginning in 2019, pronghorn hunt locations have been managed similarly to mule deer hunts, allowing hunters to hunt the entire unit if drawn.
