ABOUT OUTFITTER:
This HFA Endorsed Outfitter, an Eastern Oregon native with over two decades of experience, ensures a knowledgeable and safe hunting expedition. Explore rugged landscapes, from juniper-covered hills to sprawling wilderness, in pursuit of trophy bucks. Whether you're a seasoned hunter or new to the sport, their hunts promise a challenging and rewarding adventure amidst Oregon's natural beauty.
HUNT DETAILS:
Embark on a 5-day mule deer buck hunt in Eastern Oregon. This rifle mule deer season spans 12 days, mainly in the first two weeks of October. Outfitter tags are exclusively available to non-resident hunters, requiring no preference points. Most hunts take place on public land, with the chance some clients to hunt on our family ranch, offering a mix of public and private land experiences.
ACCOMMODATIONS:
Most hunts will be wall tent based with the amenities provided. Cots will be provided, as well as stoves to stay warm. If a wall tent camp is not desired there is the opportunity to grab an AirBnB in town or a hotel.
LICENSE PROCESS:
The Outfitter can usually get guide allocated tags so no draw is necessary. If they don't have those tags, they typically take a few points to draw depending on season. Huntin' Fool License Application Service will help you apply at the time of application.
