ABOUT OUTFITTER:
For 29 years this HFA Endorsed Outfitter, which is family owned and operated, has been guiding high success rates with elk, bear, and mountain lion hunts! Their Central Idaho hunting land is located in the Salmon-Challis National Forest, which border the famous Frank Church Wilderness and represent over 600 square miles of prime Idaho country. The weapons of choice are rifle, muzzleloader, hand guns and archery. All of their Idaho hunts are guided, so no drop camps are available. For the ultimate experience in hunting destinations, they invite you to take a look at the different Idaho big game hunts they offer.
HUNT DETAILS:
Bighorn sheep, mountain goat, and Shiras moose are among North America's most coveted big game trophies. Idaho offers some of the best draw odds for these once-in-a-lifetime tags, making it a top state for serious applicants. If you're lucky enough to draw a tag for one of these trophy species in Units 28, 29, 36B, or 37-A and are seeking expert guidance, this outfitter comes highly recommended. Their professional guides, reliable horses, and top-quality gear are fully prepared to give you the hunt of a lifetime. With over 90 days spent annually in these units, they bring unmatched knowledge and experience to every hunt.
ACCOMMODATIONS:
These 8-day, fully guided 1x1 hunts include all meals and comfortable lodging in a well-appointed cabin.
LICENSE INFORMATION:
Idaho allocates permits through a random draw with no points system. Applications are due throughout the spring with exact deadlines dependent on species. Tags left over after the first drawing will go into a second drawing, which takes place in the summer. Huntin' Fool's License Application team will help you apply at the time of application. In some cases, outfitter allocated tags are provided by the outfitter if purchasing a hunt.
