Description
ABOUT OUTFITTER:
Experience a Kodiak deer hunt with this HFA Endorsed Transporter aboard their custom-built, 50-foot catamaran. Designed for comfort and functionality, the vessel accommodates up to six hunters and provides a safe, warm, and dry retreat after a day of self-guided hunting on Kodiak Island.
This vessel-based, DIY hunting experience is perfect for capable, independent hunters who want to focus on the pursuit while leaving transportation, meals, and lodging in the hands of the experienced crew. Under current ADFG regulations, each hunter may harvest one deer in Unit 8 (Kodiak-Shelikof). The island also offers opportunities to see or pursue silver, red, and cross fox, as well as enjoy some of Alaska’s finest sea duck hunting. When conditions allow, halibut and deep-sea fishing are also part of the adventure.
