ABOUT OUTFITTER:
This HFA Endorsed Outfitter has exclusive hunting to a coveted CWMU elk tag within the Wasatch Unit. This exclusive tag offers the chance to experience a thrilling and memorable elk hunting adventure in the breathtaking landscapes of the Wasatch Mountains. With limited availability and strict management practices in place, this tag ensures a high-quality and rewarding hunting experience. Don't miss out on the chance to secure this sought-after CWMU elk tag and create lifelong memories in pursuit of trophy class elk.

HUNT DETAILS:
Discover a hunting paradise on a sprawling 6,000-acre CWMU. With low allocation of only 4-5 elk tags per year, this ensures a truly exclusive and undisturbed hunting experience. The primary focus of this hunt is to target mature bulls in the 320-350+ range, making it an ideal opportunity for new or seasoned hunters looking for a challenging pursuit. This 5-day hunt can be booked for either September or October, resulting in prime hunting conditions and a chance to immerse in the beauty of nature while pursuing the majestic elk.

ACCOMMODATIONS:
For added convenience and comfort, the option to provide an RV camper or wall tent during the CWMU elk hunt is available upon request. This ensures that hunters can have a suitable shelter and base camp while exploring the vast hunting grounds. Additionally, for those preferring alternative accommodations, cabin rentals or hotel options are easily accessible, although not included in the cost of the tag. This flexibility allows hunters to tailor their experience to their preferences, ensuring a memorable and personalized elk hunting adventure in the Wasatch Mountains.

In addition to the provided accommodations, experienced guides will assist hunters throughout the duration of the hunt. These knowledgeable professionals have extensive knowledge of the area and the behavior of elk, increasing the chances of a successful and fulfilling hunting experience. With their expertise, hunters can maximize their opportunities and make the most of their time in the vast wilderness of the CWMU elk tag area. Additionally, it is worth mentioning that the hunting outfitter has arrangements in place for field preparations of meat. After harvesting a bull, the guides will take care of preparing the meat and, if requested by the client, arrange for it to be transported to a local meat processor. Moreover, they have a partnership with a taxidermist who can handle the preservation of the animal's antlers and cape, ensuring a streamlined process for the client.

LICENSE INFORMATION:
Utah has bonus and preference point systems for limited-entry species and general season deer. Bonus points increase draw chances, while preference points favor applicants with the most points. Group applicants’ points are averaged. Unsuccessful applicants get a point annually, and points are species-specific, non-transferable, and can be purchased. Huntin’ Fool’s License Application team will help you apply at the time of application.
