ABOUT OUTFITTER:
This HFA Endorsed Outfitter is a small business co-owned by registered guides and year-round Alaskan residents. Since 2020, they have offered all-inclusive, fully guided adventures across Alaska in every season. Whether you're interested in hunting, trapping, fishing, or sightseeing, they have the perfect trip for you! Their experienced team is dedicated to providing a fun, safe, and professional experience while helping you achieve your goals in “The Last Frontier.”
HUNT DETAILS:
For those seeking an action-packed Alaskan hunt, nothing compares to the thrill of tracking massive brown bears in the snow. Taking place at the break of spring, when long daylight hours replace winter’s darkness but temperatures still favor snow machining, this hunt delivers unmatched adventure. Over a span of 3-5 weeks, conditions are ideal for pursuing bears emerging from dens in the rugged backcountry of southwestern Alaska. Each morning, hunters set out from top-tier lodging in Dillingham, AK, venturing deep into prime bear country on snow machines. Whether hunting one-on-one or two-on-one, this experience is both challenging and exhilarating.
Alaska’s largest brown bears—some reaching 8’ to 9.5’ with skulls measuring 24”-28”+—roam these regions. With an 85-100% historical success rate, these trophy hunts offer a genuine shot at a giant. Hunts take place in Unit 17 and Unit 13, areas boasting high bear densities and extended seasons. Spring hunts run from early April through early May, when hides are at their peak—thick, full, and pristine.
Two proven methods ensure success: traveling daily by snow machine from a well-equipped tent camp or flying into a remote spike camp near active dens. Both strategies provide prime opportunities to take a world-class bear in a breathtaking winter landscape.
ACCOMMODATIONS:
Your spike camp is outfitted with spacious tents, cots, lanterns, kerosene heaters, propane stove, REAL home cooked meals, tables, chairs, private pit-privy, emergency supplies, and a professional staff. You will enjoy a 10-day hunt or more depending on the species interested. We can also package trips together for this time of year if a hunter is interested in going after more than one species. Count on at least 2 travel days on each end of your hunt dates.
LICENSE INFORMATION:
No need to worry about your license and tag, they’ll be ready for you at camp and are already included in the hunt price!
