Description

This outfitter has a massive moose hunting area that includes mountains, swampy flats, tundra, river valleys, and coastal areas. To effectively hunt such a diverse concession, they utilize floatplanes, wheel planes, jet boats, and rafts. The hunt is a combination of spot and stalk and calling. During the September rut, bulls are often called into archery range. The outfitter's average bull is 62”, and every year, a few bulls are taken in the 67-70+ class.

This outfitter lives full-time with his family at Lake Iliamna on the Alaska Peninsula. Outside of his seasonal guiding, he can be found year-round hunting, flying, fishing, and trapping the Alaskan Bush. He is a registered guide, pilot, and member of numerous hunting and conservation groups. A degree in Natural Resources Conservation, knowledge of the Alaska Bush, and guide experience for over two decades give him the edge needed to consistently produce trophy animals.
