Description

Caribou are the iconic migrators of Alaska. Remarkable in their endurance and the vast territories they cover, they truly are outstanding animals to see. In the Brooks Range, They hunt the Porcupine herd, one of the healthiest and most prolific herds in the world.

This is a "spot-and-stalk" and ambush pass-through style hunt. It is generally of moderate difficulty, although it may be quite easy depending upon how well your trip is timed with the height of migration through camp.

This hunt can be conducted with 1 hunter per guide, but is also well suited for a group trip. They offer 2 on 1 or 3 on 1 packages, if desired. As this is a 2 caribou per hunter area, a second caribou may be added to this hunt for a $4,000 trophy fee. Wolves may also be hunted for no additional fee. We also offer a moose/grizzly/caribou combination package (see below) or a caribou add-on to most of their hunts for a $4,000 fee.

This is 7 hunting days and 9 total trip days.
